Optimist Club of Anguilla

The Optimist Club of Anguilla (OCA) aims to bring out the best in youth by providing hope, and a positive vision and aiding and encouraging their development in health, sports, and education. APANY collaborates with OCA on the Heritage Scholarship Fund initiative to provide scholarships to students for higher education.
